To change the bank account number on file for an active Processing Account (the account receiving payments or sending payouts), please contact help@payload.com. A Payload customer service representative will send you a Funding Account Change link you'll use to update your information.
Note: If you interface with Payload via another software partner (i.e. you don't log in directly on payload.com to manage your account) you may have the option to make account number changes directly through your integrated software provider.
