Select any payment from the Payments section of the dashboard to view Payment Details.
In here, users can see various datapoints associated with that payment, including:
- Payment Status: Processed, Declined, Voided, or Rejected
- Description: customizable depending on the payment workflow being used
- Customer: your customer
- Payment Method: the customer account that is either sending or receiving this payment
- Processing Account: your account that is either receiving or sending this payment
- Add custom attributes to your Payment Details (example above shows Agent Name and Property Address)
Use the three dots menu near the top right of Payment Details to:
- Void a payment or issue a refund
- Download the receipt
- Add a Custom Attribute
- Email the receipt
