Payload Payouts can be used to send outbound payments to any person or business from any of your connected Processing Accounts, directly from the Payload dashboard or through a platform integration.
Once activated, you will see Payouts in left navigation area of your dashboard:
In here you can begin adding your Receivers by clicking Connect Receiver and filling out the connection request form:
After submitting this form, your customer will receive an email to connect their bank account via Plaid login or by entering in their account number manually. For fraud prevention purposes, Payload verifies the account and will then display "Successful Connection" to your customer:
This is a one-time process - once successfully connected they are eligible to receive payments from you indefinitely. To send a payout to your connected receivers, simply choose them from your list of eligible receivers:
Click Send Payout, pick the Processing Account you wish to send the payment from, give it a Description, and Amount, then Send Funds:
Once sent, your customer will receive a payment receipt confirmation immediately, and they can expect the funds to arrive in their account the following business day.
