The Customers section contains all of the people or businesses you transact with. Customers can be created manually in this section, or can be created automatically if they pay you through your payment link or if you connect them through Payouts.
This section is divided by the following columns:
- Name: Name of your customer
- Email: Customer email address
- Payment Methods: Number of active stored payment methods
- Autopay: Whether autopay is enabled or not (for invoicing purposes)
- Processing Account: The defaulted processing account this customer is aligned to
To create a new customer manually, click Add New Customer and input their information:
Click on any Customer record to display Customer Details.
