It the Customers section of the Payload dashboard, click on any customer record to display Customer Details. Customer Details show three sections:
- Profile: Name, phone number, email address, and default processing account. These attributes are editable. This also displays the active payment methods and autopay settings.
- In the screen shot above, the customer has two payment methods linked to their profile - a checking account that can be used to Receive Only (ie a payout). And also a credit card with autopay enabled.
- You can also add a payment method manually.
- Payments: Previous payments made. Click on these payments to display Payment Details.
- Invoices: Invoices that are attributed to this customer and whether they are paid or unpaid. Click on any invoice to display Invoice Details.
